Every time i visit Dublin i try to book with Patricia in Tirconail. She is very welcoming and friendly and tries to find me a room in her lovely house. The rooms are always warm cosy and very clean which i really appreciate. The breakfast is excellent. The location can't be any better, close to shopping centre and very central, close to the bus station but still not noisy at all.
Patricia is generally very helpful. I recommend this B&B highly!!!!

This is a lovely home and the room, although small, was very well appointed and spotless. The house was a 2 minute walk to downtown and a huge shopping centre was right across the street. We ate at a lovely restaurant called Essence Bistro where the service and food was excellent. As we were catching an early flight, there was no time for breakfast, but the owner was kind enough to leave a take-out snack by our door in the morning. You can't beat Irish hospitality! SSSSS

We booked a night at Tirconaill B&B fairly last minute, but were able to get a room for the night. It is the perfect place for a first night or a last night in the outskirts of Dublin. It is close to the airport, comfortable beds, friendly hosts. We were happy to see that they had ample parking as well. Its right across the street from the shopping center which makes it easy to find as well. Very happy with our stay here.SSSSS

I had the pleasure in staying in Tirconail B&B. Patricia is an excellent host and will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. It is in a super location close to Swords/Malahide villages and Pavillions Shopping Centre and there is plenty of bus routes, if needed. It is kept to a beautiful and clean standard. The excellent breakfast will keep you going all day. I would highly recommend Tirconaill B&B.SSSSS

Beautifully clean, friendly home. Breakfasts well cooked and presented. Patricia went out of her way to accommodate my friend who has sight and hearing difficulties. She also helped us out with buses to the city. Local pub, village and shopping centre very handy on foot. Highly recommended.SSSSS

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Tirconaill B&B in June 2012 It is a very friendly, clean and pleasant place Although being in close proximity to the airport -which was useful to us- it is also a quiet place with good restaurants nearby Tirconaill B&B has a great deal to recommend itSSSSS

Have now had the pleasure of staying at Tirconaill twice in the last month. Patricia was an absolutely amazing host where nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful. The room was lovely......both spotlessly clean and a bed that was pure comfort. Located in the centre of Swords it was an ideal base for getting around. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. SSSSS

I had to stay in Dublin last Saturday night and after finding it hard to get a place to stay I happen to come across a gem of a B&B i Sword. The “Tír Connaill” B&B is the place to stay, very comfortable, very friendly, and within two minutes walk to Sword village. Patricia the owner is so nice and knows very well how to looks after her guests. The breakfast was top class. I have stayed in many places all over the Country between Hotels and Guests Houses and I can honestly say that Tír Chonaill B&B is up there with the very best of them.
Bhí orm fanacht i mBaile Átha Cliath thar an deireadh seachtaine agus tar eis tamall maith ag imeacht thart ag lorg loistín tháinig me ar theach B&B “Tír Connaill” i Sord Cholmcille gar do Aerfort Bhaile Átha Cliath, mar a deir muid i dteanga na Gaeilge bhí an teach loistín seo “ar fheabhas ar fad” Iontach amach is amach.
